The community of practice meets every two months online which involves a peer-led spotlight talk exploring a specific theme.
The theme of this discussion will be exploring strategies for inclusion:"The act of moving an organization to become more welcoming, more inclusive, more diverse, and more equitable requires a balance between the level of awareness it can reach, and the way it puts into practice such learnings, this is a nonstop endeavor.
