Join the team at the University of Rhode Island’s Metcalf Institute as an Inclusive Science Communication Program Specialist and help center equity, inclusion, and intersectional perspectives in science communication.
Thanks to the support of the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Rita Allen Foundation (via the Civic Science Associate program), and Burroughs Wellcome Fund, this position will lead the Metcalf Institute's efforts to support and expand the global inclusive science communication community of practice through training, resources, and networking opportunities. This role also will collaborate with the Metcalf team to develop, implement, and evaluate training programs and the biennial Inclusive SciComm Symposium.
