Computer Screen Information Systems in Museums: An Empirical Investigation at the Deutsches Museum

In this article, Annette Noschka-Roos discusses a study of a computer-supported information system (CIS) touch-screen interactive in the "New Energy Techniques" gallery at the Deutsches Museum.
