Project Planner

I have an idea for a project that will advance knowledge of informal STEM learning or science communication.

Informal STEM education (ISE) and science communication (SciComm) are fields that focus on the ways people engage with and learn about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) in a range of settings outside of schools and formal education. The Advancing Informal STEM Learning (AISL) program at the National Science Foundation (NSF) funds work in this area, particularly work that builds new synergies between research and practice.

Explore the resource pages linked on the left to learn more about ISE and SciComm, plan your program or collaboration, see examples of successful projects, and learn about funding opportunities at NSF AISL or elsewhere.
